Terms of Service

By using UniFile (“the Application”), you agree to the following terms.

License. A UniFile purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Application on any Macs you own. You may use it for both personal and commercial work. One purchase, your machines, no seat limits.

Updates. Your purchase includes all future updates - every feature, every improvement, every new version. There are no paid upgrades. What you buy today is what you keep forever, plus everything we build after.

Trial. UniFile offers 10 free actions with no time limit. The trial includes every feature - nothing is locked or limited. After 10 actions, a one-time purchase is required to continue.

File processing.Conversions are provided as-is. Results depend on source file characteristics including codec compatibility, color profiles, and compression. UniFile uses Apple's native frameworks for maximum fidelity, but output may vary across source formats. We recommend keeping your original files. The “move to trash” option after conversion is entirely optional and user-initiated.

Refunds.Purchases are processed by Paddle. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's refund policy, which typically allows refunds within 30 days. Contact Paddle support or reach out to us directly if you need assistance.

Limitation of liability.The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from use of the Application. Always maintain backups of important files.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
